Welcome to DataApp. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the DataApp mobile application, operated by DataApp. By downloading, accessing, or using DataApp, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Use of the App
DataApp allows users to:
- Purchase mobile airtime
- Purchase mobile data bundles
- Pay utility and other supported bills
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use the App.
2. Registration and Account
- To use certain features, you may be required to register an account with accurate and up-to-date information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and all activities carried out under your account.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or breach these Terms.
3. Payments
- Payments for airtime, data, and bills must be made through the secure payment options provided in the App.
- All transactions are final once confirmed. Please review your details carefully before completing a transaction.
- We are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect details provided by you (e.g., wrong phone number, account number, or biller ID).
4. Transaction Confirmation
After a successful payment, you will receive an in-app and/or email confirmation.

5. Fees and Charges
- Certain transactions may attract processing fees, which will be displayed before you confirm payment.
- Network operators and billers may charge additional fees outside of our control.
6. Refund Policy

Refunds may be considered only in cases of duplicate transactions or errors attributable to us.
7. User Responsibilities
By using the App, you agree that you will not:
- Use the App for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
